"The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking – and looking." (Brooks – taken from Morse, chapter twelve, ‘Death is now my neighbour’.)

Man, its weird having a journal once more. I remember, the last one I truthfully kept happened to be when I was little more than a mere child, and no more knowledgeable about the world than a teenager. Admitting I was young back then, my last happened to be filled with aspirations of dreams that are now starting to come true.

That's right – I'm getting published with a company! ^^ *Squees* Well, maybe published is a little too extensive. BBC radio derby are willing to publish some of my work on their website, which I'm VERY much looking forward to. In truth, I ended up jumping around the room when they accepted to post my Derbyshire countryside work. I'll post them all as I complete them, so hopefully I'll post my first one by this weekend.
Though one thing has to kick back onto another.

UCAS has been a pain.
I hate it.
It's the biggest piece of crud since paper cuts were invented. It's evil, really evil, but then again mines all sent off now. So so glad that its all over.

Enough of UCAS though, does anybody know how what coding it is to change text in your journal? Sorry to ask, but I'm just a tad on the stuck side.

Current works in progress:
- Article on Anime (For Auchi's conbook, if I can get it in on time.)
- Article on the Castle Donnington Walk for Radio Derby (including photos).

Taley's quote reason: Why this one? I've read Morse for a good year now, and this quote just really stuck out at me tonight. I'm not sure of a reason, but I know it made me sit back for a second and really thought about what it meant. Trivial maybe, but I like it anyway.
